Custom Screen Printed T-Shirts
Throughout the day we get calls from the leaders of schools or camp groups asking how to go about putting their image on a t-shirt. They want to purchase custom t shirt where their logo will be screen printed somewhere on the t-shirt.
Today, we find that a high resolution (300 DPI) PDF vectored file works well. If you want a left chest design, simply submit it to the size you want. Normally we recommend about 3.75" across. A large back logo or image should be sent within a 6" square template as a black image on a white background. We also like to receive another file with a mock up of the design on the tshirt which shows us the placement, size and color of the ink. These 2 art files allow us to size up or down the custom logos that will be printed on your custom t-shirts, sweatshirts, tote bags or any other apparel you can think of. It does not matter if you are part of a Camp, VBS, Fraternity, Sorority , any type of school or a small or large business as all the artwork is treated in the same manner.
Custom printed Tie Dye t-shirts require another set of guidelines since no two (2) ties dye tees are alike. The tie dye design on the t shirt actually shifts from one area on a t shirt to another area on the next t-shirt. Thus, each custom printed t shirt will look a bit different from the next in the same group. Tie Dye t shirts are an actual art in of themselves. Some tie dye tees have light and dark areas while others do not. If you chose to custom print a tie dye t-shirt with both light and dark colors, it is a good idea to use a light and dark color ink on your custom printed logo. By screen printing an outline on your custom print in contrasting colors, your logo or design will not get lost amongst the colors in the tie dye t-shirt. However if you chose to custom screen print a Spiral Tie Dye t-shirt you may get away with screen printing only one color ink which will save you money.
Whatever tie dye t-shirt you chose to custom screen print with your logo, be prepared to spend a little more money as each t-shirt is dyed individually. Therefore tie dye tshirts cost more than standard colored t-shirts. Either way any custom printed Tie Dye tshirt can provide you with an inexpensive, fun, artistic t-shirt.
